Q2: How do I place an order?
It's simple and easy, you can place your order for a diamond car mats in three steps:

Q3: Do you ship to my country?
Absolutely Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all our custom car mats. Using trusted couriers and shipping partners, Diamonds Car Mats offer door to door delivery for most countries.
Q4: Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Sorry, we don't accept PO Box, the shipping company will refuse the address.
Q5: What shipping methods do you provide?
We use Air Express shipping method.
Q6: Do I have to pay custom charges & import duties?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Customers need to pay it in case it happens. In very rare cases, customers will pay the duties. Meanwhile, when shipped out, our best practice is to mark a small value on the package, for example, £30~£50, even if the duties happened, the duties will be acceptable.
Q7: Can I track my order?
Yes, You will receive the tracking number via email once the order has been shipped out.
Q8: How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your order, your order will be processed to the production team. The production of our custom car mats takes 5-7 business days. then after quality checking, we ship out using Air Express shipping method with good and safe package. Once shipped out, it will take 7-15 business days to be delivered. The tracking number will be sent via email.
We ship international orders via EMS Air Express shipping method. The average delivery time is 10 - 15 business days depending on your location.
Q9: My parcel is showing delivered but I didn't receive it.
Please check with your neighbors or your local post office as couriers can deliver parcels to different addresses or local post office if there is no answer at delivery point. You should also receive a notice from the courier explaining where the parcel was delivered.
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit card payment (Visa, Master, American Express, JCB and etc), including debit cards and Apple Pay. All payments are secured and encrypted to protect your card details.
Q11: I can't make the payment successfully, errors occurred.
There do exist some cases regarding payment not going through, Please check your credit card company or try again by using a different card. In most cases, Trying a different card and retries may succeed. If it still doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank and ask them to unblock the payment. and then try to order again.
Q12: How do I cancel or amend my order?
Please contact us for any changes or cancellation request.
Please notice that, all diamond car mats are made to order, as said before, they are not easy to manufacture which involves a lot of craftsmanship and expertise.
* Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
* For orders 24+ hours after payment: orders can't be canceled. or will have 25% restocking fee applied.
* If you are canceling orders when your parcel has already been shipped out or on its way to destination, please submit a return request after you receive the parcel. Refund will be issued once we receive the parcel returned.
Q13: Can I return if I don't like it?
Yes, we accept returns. We strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the car floor mats they've purchased from us. please contact us and our team will assist you right away.
Q14: What if the car mats not fitting? or the parcel is damaged?
If you are not happy with the fitment, please contact us within 7 days and submit a return request, or we will amend your mats and ship them out to you free of charge.
Q15: Do you offer wholesale service?

Q16: Is it possible to see the products before bying them?
Currently we are exclusively online, Feel free to contact us for additional photos or questions about your preferred car mat. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Q17: Can I get special colours (paint codes) or extra stitching?
Unfortunately not, we can only make the mats as standard, in the colours shown on the website. These colours have been specially selected to suit most car interiors.
Q18: My Car is not in the list, Can I order?
Yes, we might be able to help with that. We’re always expanding our car model inventory, and if yours isn’t already on the list, please contact us to know if we can create a custom-built mat for your specific model.
Q19: What will happen after I place my order?
1)Your order will be processed within 24 hours (in working days), meanwhile, you will receive a notification email. The order status will be updated to "Processed".
2)When diamond car mats are ready after quality checking, it will be shipped out to our shipping partners, which takes 2-3 days in normal cases. The order status will be updated to "Shipped".
3)When the package arrives at the shipping partners, we will have the tracking number and send you the notification email, so that you can track the order online.
4)Stay tuned and wait for the diamond car mats to be delivered.
